blissful days on phra arthit pier

kind staff art filled public spaces rooftop pool evening haven

the staff are so kind. i noticed the public spaces downstairs, filled with art and light, added a layer of charm. the rooftop pool, where the sun kisses the water, became my haven each evening before stepping back into the city.

the air conditioner made a small noise sometimes, but i was still able to rest and enjoy the room.

the location near the boat stop was acceptable for getting around. it made accessing different parts of the city fairly convenient.

the walls were not soundproofed at all. i could hear everything outside and from the neighbors, even with the windows closed! it really affected my sleep.

Superb location and modern design

ferry access contemporary style comfortable bed

i found the location excellent with the ferry stop just outside. the hotel boasts a modern contemporary style, it really appealed to me. the bedroom and bathroom felt very stylish. the bed offered great comfort with crisp linen and marshmallow pillows.

I noticed slight noise issues. Sounds from the hallway were audible in my room.

Mixed Feelings About This Hotel

inadequate soundproofing street noise

The rooftop pool was quite nice.

I found the noise insulation to be subpar. I could easily hear neighbors and street noise, even with the windows closed. The price paid per night did NOT match the inadequate soundproofing.

our room, a beautiful king room, featured artistic designs. we found many thoughtful details throughout the space. breakfasts offered excellent choices and attentive service. the kettle was a lovely touch to start our day.

our room overlooked a neighbor's clothes-drying area. wifi access proved difficult to use consistently. i found frequent disconnections quite frustrating. a small step at the bathroom exit caused me to bruise my feet.

Acceptable stay with mixed experiences.

convenient location easy access good breakfast poor soundproofing unwelcoming staff garbage presence

The hotel has a convenient location near the river. This made visiting temples quite easy. Breakfast provided a good start to the day. The rooftop pool area added a touch of relaxation.

Soundproofing in the room was notably absent. Outside noises were easily audible. The front desk staff did not come across as particularly cute. Some garbage and signs of drug use were present in the surrounding area.
